Demolition

Demolition

Demolition of the campus buildings, except for the childcare centre, required to deliver the proposed masterplanned community. The childcare centre remained operational throughout 2024, however has since temporarily closed down for refurbishment.

Having received demolition approval from Canterbury-Bankstown City Council in June 2024, demolition was completed by July 2025.

Demolition Contractor Appointed

Demolition, Environmental, Civil Contractors (DECC) was appointed as the demolition contractor who carried out these works.

DECC’s delivery team has over 75 years of experience in planning and driving demolition projects and have been an integral part of the successful delivery of many iconic projects across NSW and QLD. DECC is committed to managing safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout demolition, and is supported by a third-party accredited management system, including a Federal Safety Accreditation.
