First application - SSDA1a
State Significant Development Application
SSDA1a - Civil Works &
Stage 1
Our first application sets the foundations for the new neighbourhood — staged civil works across the whole site, more than 14,000sqm of new public open space, and the first 62 homes at the southern end of Ashford Avenue.
What's happening?
SSDA1a for civil works and the first 62 homes was lodged in late-2025 and is currently under assessment by the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI). This lodgement will be followed by another SSDA1b for the balance of homes. Throughout these stages of lodgement, there will be opportunities for engagement for the local community.
