Second application - SSDA1b

State Significant Development Application

SSDA1b - Balance of Homes, Childcare & Cafe

Our second and final application completes the WSU Milperra neighbourhood — the balance of homes, an expanded childcare facility, and a small neighbourhood-scale cafe and retail offering.

What's happening?

WSU Milperra is being delivered through a staged planning process, made up of two State Significant Development Applications. SSDA1a, covering civil works and the first 62 homes, has been lodged and is currently under assessment.

SSDA1b is the second and final application. It covers the balance of homes across the site, alterations to expand the existing childcare facility, and the addition of a small cafe and retail offering to serve the new and existing community.

SSDA1b is currently in preparation, with lodgement expected shortly. Ahead of lodgement, we are continuing to engage with the local community, with opportunities to learn more and share feedback.

SSDA1b - What’s involved?

SSDA1b seeks approval for the balance of the residential neighbourhood, alongside community-serving uses at its centre.
