They specialise in strategic advice, State Significant Development applications, and precinct planning, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and communities. For this project, Beam Planning is advising on planning and approvals to ensure a smooth, well-considered process.
About Urbis - Landscape
Urbis is a multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in urban planning, design, and advisory services. With expertise in integrating built form, public realm, transport infrastructure, and open spaces, Urbis delivers innovative solutions for communities and cities. For this project, Urbis is leading the landscape design, creating vibrant, functional outdoor spaces that integrate seamlessly with the housing precinct.
About Beveridge Williams - Civil
Beveridge Williams, established in 1961, is a leading Australian consultancy offering comprehensive land development services, including civil engineering, urban design, town planning, and environmental consulting. They have successfully delivered thousands of urban and regional projects across various industries. For this project, they are providing civil design expertise, ensuring the delivery of reliable infrastructure that supports both the built environment and the community's daily needs.
About SLR Consulting - Ecologist
SLR Consulting is a global environmental consultancy providing integrated solutions in ecology, sustainability, and environmental management. For this project, SLR is offering ecological advice to protect and enhance the natural environment, ensuring that development aligns with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
